We are very obliged for your valuable visit and shopping with Us. The following available shipping methods constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy: All orders shall be processed within [4-6] weeks. Orders shall not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 Shipping charges for your order shall be as follows:

• Australian Standard shipping: $12.95
• New Zeland Standard shipping: $18.95

We will ship through Australia Post,  DHL, FedEx, or any other reasonable courier services to the addresses within Australia.

International Shipping Policy: All orders shall be processed within [4-6 weeks] Orders shall not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order shall be as follows:

• International shipping charges: $24.95

We will ship via DHL, FedEx, or any other reasonable mode of shipment.

GENERAL POLICY:

1. You will receive an email regarding shipment confirmation once your order has shipped, holding your tracking number(s). The shipping tracking number will be activated within 72 hours.
2. We are not accountable and responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees shall be imposed during or subsequent to shipping is the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
3. We shall not be accountable and responsible for any goods damaged, scratched or lost during delivery/shipment. If you received the ordered goods damaged, kindly contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Kindly save all damaged goods and packaging materials before filing a claim.
