The two decks are well-balanced and offer a lot of different strategies to try out. Garruk's deck is all about big creatures and ramping up your mana, while Liliana's focuses on graveyard shenanigans and sacrificing creatures for value.
One of my favorite cards in Garruk's deck is Primalcrux, a massive creature that gets bigger for each green mana symbol in your devotion. It's not uncommon to have it come out as a 10/10 or bigger, which can be a real problem for your opponent to deal with. Liliana's deck has a lot of great cards too, like Gravecrawler, which can come back from the graveyard over and over again, and Bloodgift Demon, which draws you cards every turn.
Overall, I think this Duel Decks set is a great introduction to Magic: The Gathering for new players, as well as a fun addition to any collection for experienced players. The decks are well-matched and offer a lot of variety in gameplay, so you can play them over and over again without getting bored. Highly recommended!
